Be persistent. Like I said, I pretended I was going after a FSBO and was very, very persistent. Then play to your advantages. If you�re a small company, play to the fact that recruits get more personalized attention. If you�re a nonselling broker, play to that.
Play to the benefits you have. If you�re part of a big network, like Coldwell Banker or any of our competitors, play up those connections. But be yourself, be personable, and be persistent.
