If you could give our members one piece of advice on acquisitions and recruiting and retention what would that advice be?

We suffer from the exact same concerns that agents have: Reluctance. It�s working on a good size acquisition in a marketplace where we�re a market leader, and we�re just talking to a very viable company there about some potential strategic business relationship.

He and I couldn�t even come up with what the first draft, what we want to go back to them with. But at least we started the dialogue.

So, that would be my thing. Just proactively think it out and make the phone call.
