 | If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?
|  | Emphasize your points of difference and, when possible, attach a value to your intangible services so that you can offset compensation objections. A lot of times, agents will argue that they're on a 90/10 split, but when you attach intangible offerings to a dollar value, you're able to say, "You're actually on a 70/30 split if you add up the services you're paying for." You might need to use that as a tool in your tool belt.
