|  | If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

Number one is sales managers. In my opinion, the number-one thing that attracts and retains agents is their sales manager. So find sales managers like Teresa. Number two, you�ve got to integrate everything within your company. You�ve got to integrate in everything you do what you�re after. We have a system of top priorities in the company, and we go over that and over that and over that. Tell your employees, your agents, and everybody you work with that you�re trying to grow, that you�re trying to recruit good people, and integrate that. Think about it. Talk to your loan officers. Everything needs to be integrated. That�s what I think works best.
