If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

Recruit until every single sign in your market area has your company's name on it. In today's market, if you don't, you're going to be eaten alive.

In today's market, don't give up, and stop trying the things that worked for you before. If they don't work, get something new. You might have
to hold twice as many career seminars to get the activity, but big deal. Many of you are paid on salary-our folks are, anyway-and a small bonus, so that's part of what they have to do to get the job done. When we're looking at activities, we say, "This doesn't work like it did. But can we hire five people off of it in a month? Yes? Then it's a good activity."
