What you do is find people. You look for people and advertise for people that fill voids where your weaknesses are, depending on the owner. You look for different skill levels. I look for people who are enthusiastic and have a willingness to approach real estate from a whole different perspective. They have to be very open minded to do it a different way. They have to be able to provide excellent customer service, and they're held accountable to that level. They need to have knowledge of computers, e-mail, and the Internet. That's really critical for what we're doing. And they have to have great people skills.
