At The Group, Inc, "We don't recruit. We attract the best.� Basically, the philosophy is we feel that we can only help the people moving toward us.
If they move away from us, we really can't help them. The way you can tell if they are moving away from you is if you are pursuing them. If you have to pursue, then that means they are putting some distance between you and are moving away.
What I observe is that a lot of Realtors are in pursuing mode a lot of the time. What we want to do is get people moving toward us, and the way we do that is by attracting by having something of value.
