Show the passion and your vision behind your business operations.People are drawn to people. As important as money, splits, and tools are, people are ultimately drawn towards people who they feel comfortable and share common goals with.
Make sure you invest enough time and energy in defining your daily purpose for getting up and opening your office, and make sure the people who work along with you share that same drive and desire.
