It starts with a really efficient system. Once you have a system in place and feed the numbers through it, it's all going to come out on a regular, consistent basis.It will get to a point that once you know that if you start with the raw list, you'll know how many people are going to come into the development sessions all the way to the interviews.
Try to isolate different things and see what's working and what's not.I think a lot of that applies to recruiting.A lot of things are working, but do you know exactly what they are?If some things are not working, don't do them.
It�s all about being consistent and persistent. Working with data takes time. Sometimes it takes a little while to see the results of what you are doing today. Have a consistent, well thought through, and creative recruiting program.
