If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

With any business process, you really can't improve it unless you can measure it. So much of recruiting is done by the seat of your pants-you try this and that. Without really good systems and measurement techniques, you can't optimize any system. The cost savings that comes through optimizing the system can be done only through measurement. So being able to identify the different pieces of your recruiting process and then holding them to some metrics that you can track over time would improve any body's recruiting process.
