If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

  1. Put together a plan and stick to it.
  2. Target a couple of companies rather than all of them.
  3. Be their broker before you can be their broker.
  4. Get your current agents to help you.
  5. Know your brand and target audience.
