| | If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?
| | I feel that you have to be learning based. When your agents come to you, you know that theyre going to respond not only from your knowledge and experience, but also that the knowledge you have is as current as it can be. If your agents know that you care about them, they start to spread the word that youre a good person to work for.
Before Katrina, I didnt know how much I cared about them. It was almost like a test, and I hope I never have to take another one. |
