If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

I would say that the single, best piece of advice that I actually learned from Judy LaDeur when I first started was consistency. Don�t take it personally, and don�t give up. That was probably the single hardest thing when I started making cold calls. Do not hang up and feel discouraged. Keep going. Like I said, consistency is probably the most important thing.
