Do it on a daily basis, and work with a good plan. If you don't know where you're going or what you need to accomplish, you'll have a tough road ahead of you. You need a plan, even if it's a six-month or a one-year plan. Ours is a three-year plan, and it'll be revised probably many, many times over the next three years depending on what happens in the market and where we are retention-wise and training-wise.
You need a plan, and you've got to keep reports-which you've hammered into me. You must have the reports. You have to know where you are and what you've got. Do it on a daily basis, but have a plan.
