If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

I would go over the fundamentals. I would encourage agents to stay in communication with the office, so that someone knows where they are going that day, what their routine is, etc. In the situation in Florida, some of the missing agents went a day and half before they were found. If they had left notice with either a family member or the office that situation could have been alerted faster. Time is critical it can save a life or keep people from being locked in a closet for days or other harm.
