If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

Once your systems are firmly established, train all agents, employees and managers how to maximize the benefits of the system. Train extensively before sending agents out to work with clients. Require a level of skill and 500 out-bound prospecting calls before you assign a new agent to floor time. Don't except excuses for not attending training sessions or developing solid work habits. We have proven that aggressive agents will continue to come to training and role-playing sessions when they can see measurable results. This then becomes part of your retention system.
