If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

Any problem in your company or office can be solved through recruiting. It really can. It�s tough to do, it�s tough to find the time to do, but you have to prospect every day, and that�s what I do every day.

I don�t start my day-to-day business activities until I�ve made at least three phone calls. I don�t care if it�s to three experienced people, or three to new people, or whatever. My day starts before nine o� clock, so before nine o� clock in the morning I�ve ever called or left messages to three new people that can potentially join my office. If you do that every day, you�re leaving over a thousand messages a year for somebody to join your office.
