 | If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?
|  | Any problem in your company or office can be solved through recruiting. It really can. It�s tough to do, it�s tough to find the time to do, but you have to prospect every day, and that�s what I do every day.
I don�t start my day-to-day business activities until I�ve made at least three phone calls. I don�t care if it�s to three experienced people, or three to new people, or whatever. My day starts before nine o� clock, so before nine o� clock in the morning I�ve ever called or left messages to three new people that can potentially join my office. If you do that every day, you�re leaving over a thousand messages a year for somebody to join your office.
