If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

Look at whats available to you including MLS. For example, we recently brought in two new people one from Louisville, Kentucky and the other one from Massachusetts. Both had owned real estate offices in their hometowns and were quite familiar with the luxury real estate market. So when they contacted us, they knew that they would be a good fit in our organization.

Its also important to think long term. We dont have people who leave us. Agents like what we do here and quite frankly, its quite expensive to bring in new agents. You should also understand the companys vision and values and be ready to defend your company if need be. If you believe in your company, youll always recruit the best, most exciting agents in your area.
