Look at what�s available to you including MLS. For example, we recently brought in two new people � one from Louisville, Kentucky and the other one from Massachusetts. Both had owned real estate offices in their hometowns and were quite familiar with the luxury real estate market. So when they contacted us, they knew that they would be a good fit in our organization.
It�s also important to think long term. We don�t have people who leave us. Agents like what we do here and quite frankly, it�s quite expensive to bring in new agents. You should also understand the company�s vision and values and be ready to defend your company if need be. If you believe in your company, you�ll always recruit the best, most exciting agents in your area.
