If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?


I would say get simple agent-friendly systems in place. Make it easy for your agents to succeed from the minute they come in the door. Here's a great tip that I'd like to pass along. At Prestige Real Estate Group we use the back of our agent's business cards to promote our listings and our web site. On the back, we use an Avery label and print out a picture of the property and the property's individual web address. By doing this, on average, we receive requests for duplicates 90 percent of the time. Picture having thousands of listings a year with the sellers, and often buyers, passing out pictures of their homes, which just happen to be on the back of your agent's business cards. This is one of our best business generating tools.
