If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?


We don't use a lot of advertising because of our profit-share program. We use the foot-soldier approach. We use our networking database and finding people of influence to help us. We try to find the most likely people in our area who would be attracted to us. We want people who appreciate the opportunities we offer and want to be rewarded appropriately. We like to go where the big fish swim, like the superstars who are giving a talk. We are looking for people who are learning-based. It's a form of relationship marketing. I look for people of integrity and people of influence. I ask myself where those people will be and then I go there.
