If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

You have to look at the value of that person and what they will bring to you. Not necessarily in financial compensation but judge the financial compensation realistically. Sometimes we get in the moment and we are so excited about the possibility that we build the prototype of what we think it will be than what it might turn out to be. I think you have to look at the worse case, the best case, what is most likely and then figure out if it is going to be enough of a bottom line incentive to do it. If it is not, will the other factors compensate for it?
