If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?


A strong productive office requires a solid office policy manual. Try and get a hold of somebody else's policy & procedure manual. Maybe an old manual from a copy you used to work for, or a big company that would late you have a copy or even your attorney who had done one for someone else. Then do a rough outline of the subject matter you want covered in the company policy. You must deal with the interview process, the "Do Not Call" policy, a harassment policy, an equal opportunity policy, dress code policy, or a policy on showings after 5pm, or a policy for single individuals showing properties to people they don't know. Those are examples of things you want to include in your office policy.
