If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?


Activities = Appointments = Hires! Managers and Owners must create the activities...phone calls, mailings, emailings, face-to-face meetings...on a CONSISTENT basis to get great results. Hit or miss recruiting doesn't work...except on a hit or miss basis.

Retention Advice:

Listen to your sales associates concerns, frustrations and ideas. If you don't, you can be sure some other sharp manager or owner IS listening. Keep your associates "marketplace informed"...days on market, % of increase or
decrease in MLS as compared with their company or office, branch monthly/annual goals for listings and sales, their own goals, etc. Educated associates who know management is listening don't leave.
