If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?


Do not sell when you are recruiting. It is not
about the stuff (although you must have nifty stuff). It is about the experience they will have participating with you and the rest of the
office culture. Practice articulating your vision and expectations so clearly that the potential recruit understands and aligns to where you are going. The worst thing you can do is "sell," as the relationship will always be work.
