If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

When recruiting, you should start thinking from the standpoint of the person being recruited. A common question from the person being recruited is, What is it that I want from the company that Im working with?

As a manager and broker, you have to position yourself as a company that will partner with candidates in their success. You will provide them with the tools that they need to achieve the goals in which theyve set for themselves. A broker/manager will pay attention to their agents, and they will try to understand their strengths and weaknesses so they can help them become even more successful. Through training and coaching, youll help them get where they want to go.
