If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?


Do not hire somebody based on the results of a single 30 to 45 minute interview. You should give them some very tough problems and ask them how they would solve them. While they�re doing that, look very carefully at how stressed you make them just by asking those questions. If they can�t handle that stress, you�re going to have real problems with them coming unhinged later on.
