The day we took up the role of manager, we took on a title that doesn�t really fit our job. We are still in the business of selling and our role is more of a leadership role, rather than management. If we can think of ourselves as the leading sales personwithin our company, then we�d have a lot more recruiting success.
I think back to so many good listing agents -- they are always prospecting for new listings. If we think the same way in management � always prospecting for good new recruits, that does the best over the long run. Look at the skills of the top lister in your office and apply those skills to recruiting.
