If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

It's always important to remember to give something before expecting something in return. The more you do it, the better success you'll have. Also people are always still looking for the following tools: an available, quality list, technology and a good business plan.

Last have great things to give away. For agents, a nice brochure that shows a picture of the agent, the office, the staff and manager are always great. Having the manager's vision statement included is always good also. You can do this in a 8 x 11 two fold style. If you are the manager or broker, use the brochure but seriously think about developing both a PowerPoint presentation, which highlights advanced training, technology and programs and also a CD.
