If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting, Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

The world is changing faster than any of us realize, and you have to look at a 28-year-old as being your target market. When we're recruiting new agents or even agents who've been in the market for a few years, they're using tool sets that we have to remember to use and be heavily involved in. So my word of advice is to get involved in Web 2.0 tools. Get involved in blogs, YouTube, MySpace, and Facebook. Bring all those tool sets into your business because it absolutely helps your image, communication level, and collaboration level with outside clients. But most importantly in attracting those new great agents who are coming into the market, they're used to this stuff.
