If you could give our members one piece of advice on Recruiting Retention or Agent Productivity, what would it be?

One of my most powerful recruiting techniques is a line I insert in my ads. It says, "I will take you by the hand and help to insure your success." It amazes me that successful business professionals respond to that personal touch. They won't admit it, but they are afraid to make the move and they want to know that I am committed to their success.
Those aren't just words; I practice what I preach. I am always available to "brainstorm" with my agents. My advice is to be available to your agents in a constrictive carring roll. Help your agents discover what action steps will work for them and constantly follow up with personal contacts that give them the encouragement and support they need to stay on target. There isn't a better recruiting tool available than being genuinely committed to the success of every agent in your office.
