Stay focused. In life and work, you only get out of it what you put into it. In the last three or four years, I�ve really tried to focus on training and recruiting � especially new people. I keep the ideas that work and drop the ones that don�t. If you stay focused and you know what you want to achieve, eventually you�ll get there.
