1.

Research you MLS and determine who your targets should be for acquisition, face saving mergers, and experienced agent recruitment.



2.

Spend one of two days closed in an off site location with a skilled personal assistant and map out your complete recruiting plan for the year, action item by action item.


3.

Focus on recruiting EXPERIENCED agents. That's going to be the whole ball game this year.  Members report as much as 70% increases in recruiting experienced agents.


4.

Don�t count recruited bodies: track recruited volume by office and by recruiter.


5.

Set up a system to record the sales volume of every agent your company has co-op transactions with for this year.


6.

Update the co-op transaction list monthly.


7.

Establish a series of thank you letters and small gifts for agents on the co-op list based on number of transactions or other criteria from your plan.


8.

Write all of your recruiting letters a minimum of one quarter in advance. Review them just before sending to adjust to changing local market conditions.


9.

Send Linked-in, FaceBook, Plaxo and other social networking link requests to all of the people on your recruiting hit list.


10.

Invite your prospective recruits to special training and educational events hosted by your firm as may companies are cutting down on training and motivation.


11.

Publicize the volunteer work, charity events and community activities sponsored or supported by your company and your agents.


12.

Create a YouTube announcement for all new recruits and for new clients moving into their new homes so they can forward it to their respective centers of influence.
